D.R.P. looks suspiciously like http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsches_Reichspatentamt#Deutschland, i.e. the patent office of the German Reich. This would place the razor in the time before 1945, obviously.

Would that also place the date after 1919 when the patent office was renamed according to that link you provided? - Hoglahoo 13:14, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
