C-MON (Carl Monkhouse) Blackie, Peter J. Michaels, NY, Made in Germany. Very rare to see on this with this width of blade. C-MON's were a favorite of barbers who gave straight razor shaves.

Carl Monkhouse was a German cutlery who later moved to the USA. The two different examples of this razor above were distributed by Peter J. Michels, Inc. for sale in the USA.
