Max Sprecher "Nouveau Sheffield" 9/8+

First entry for a new category for the database.  This razor was created by me but realized by Maestro Sprecher.  The reasoning behind the "Nouveau Sheffield" moniker is it is a hybrid between a "Celebrated Hollow Ground" Wade & Butcher and a DePew "Perfect Razor."
