I just changed the stropping article a bit. Noticed you're using \<ref\> incorrectly. Your references point to nowhere. I believe there is a or bibliography that goes along. In any case you should have to type in the URLs just once. Not sure if you're familiar with LaTeX, but it's the same idea.

I could switch all your refs to simple links, but it may be worth figuring out how ref works and I don't have time now to do it. In any case if you want to look into it wouldn't be a bad thing, or else just switch \<ref\> to [].
